YELLOW

TREE PEONY 'ALHAMBRA'

Tree Peony Alluring golden yellow with dark red flares at the bases of crinkled petals. Vigorous grower with large blooms. An excellent choice for the beginning tree peony enthusiast.

ITOH “BARTZELLA”

Intersectional. Bartzella is stunning brilliant yellow peony. Has a pleasant, slightly spicy scent. Healthy disease resistant foliage. American Peony Society Gold Medal Winner 2007.

CHARLIES WHITE

A substantial pure white bomb with full center tuft and enlarged guard petals. Strong sturdy stems. Vigorous grower.

CHEDDAR CHARM

Overlapping white guard petals set off brilliant gold center, with occasional top fluff of small, white petals. Cheddar Charm is a strong grower and fragrant. Excellent cut flower.

EVELYN TIBBETS

Large, well cupped white blossoms centered with creamy yellow staminoides. Evelyn Tibbets is an excellent landscape and garden subject.

2013 INTRODUCTION

TREE PEONY 'HIGH NOON'

Tree Peony Tree Peony. Striking clusters of yellow flowers with red flare at the base of the petals. Very Fragrant, showy flowers of 6-10" sometimes reblooms in the late summer. Excellent grower, free bloomer. Advisable to plant in partial share since the flowers tend to face in full sun.

v. LUTEA

Tree Peony. Hardy, but can freeze to the ground in hard winters only to leap out again in spring. Blooms profusely with 2-3" blossoms. Distinctive dark brown seed pods. Fantastic as a hedge or as center attraction in the garden. Very rare.

ITOH ‘PRAIRIE CHARM’

Intersectional. Prairie Charm has blossoms of various shades of yellow with a hint of yellow-green. Red center flares. Vigorous grower with abundant blossoming potential. The plant remains in bloom for an extended period of time as the side buds open slowly and in a very measured performanceVery good value for an itoh. Award of Landscape Merit 2009.

SUNNY BOY

Full double of medium yellow color with purple red flares at the petal base. Foliage deep green, 30" height, standing fairly erect. No Staking. Sets seeds and reports are that the pollen is highly effective on difficult crosses. VERY RARE.

CORAL

CORAL CHARM

Coral Charm is an early, semi-double has deep coral buds that open to pleasing coral-peach blossom. Tall thick stems hold flowers that range from deep coral to pale ivory. True color breakthrough for the peony garden. Excellent cut flower. A classic! American Peony Society Gold Medal Winner. For long lasting floral display, pair it off with Raspberry Charm.

CORAL 'N GOLD

Coral N Gold is a large flowered hybrid with a vivid yet soft coral cup shaped single with a massive center of bright yellow stamens. 2009 Award of Landscape Merit Winner from the American Peony Society! This early blooming hybrid has fragrant blooms held on strong 34" stems. Makes a massive elegant bouquet. A favorite among floral decorators.

CORAL SUNSET

Coral Sunset opens a deep orangey-coral petal color, equal to that of 'Coral Charm' and 'Coral 'N Gold'. Petals are distinctly broad and grow long, forming a voluptuous flower. The color soon passes to a harmonious light beige-yellow as the flower matures in sunlight, flowers in different stages of maturity will display as multiple colors on the same plant. The medium tall, strong, upright bush stands well, adapted to all uses. LIMITED. American Peony Society Gold Medal Winner and Landscape Merit Award.

PINK HAWAIIAN CORAL

A beautiful semi-double hybrid with goblet shaped pink coral flowers that open to reveal yellow stamens. The color fades to many hues of apricot, then finally pale yellow as the flower matures. Outstanding in the garden. Very vigorous. Strong stems. A must have. I can't say enough about this plant Excellent cut flower. Last a long time. Beautiful even at its last stage. LAVENDER

Tree Peony. Stunning orchid-lavender single form flower. Each petal has a deep raspberry flare at its base that accents a small tuft of golden stamen. Anna Marie is a very elegant flower. Blooms freely.

This early to mid bloomer has unusual tuft of white petals and petaloids arise from a light green blossom petal base. Most unusual color.
Order early. Very limited.

GREEN LOTUS

GREEN LOTUS its 4-5" flowers are very unusual with green and white petals faintly tinted with pink. Floriferous. Cactus flowering dahlia type. Makes for an interesting cut flower arrangement.

TREE PEONY “LEDA”

Tree Peony. The striking mauve-pink petals of Leda are highlighted by deep plum colored flares which add an air of mystery to this gorgeous flower.

LORELIE

Strong stems hold singly medium-size flowers that opens striking orange-pink and fade to apricot-orange. Color unique in peonies. Sweet spicy fragrance, reliable. A must have for the Peony Collectors' garden!

SALMON BEAUTY

Large double bloom with rather narrow center petals approaching the incurved bomb type. The color is a glowing rich pink with a distinct and unusual salmon cast. The plant is a vigorous, healthy grower producing freely the flowers on long strong stems. This variety is the first to show this color, an entirely new color in double peonies. Both in the garden and in the exhibit among all the others.

SALMON DREAM

Attractively cupped, warm salmon-pink blossoms held on sturdy stems. Deep green glossy foliage makes this an outstanding gem in the landscape. Weather resistant. 2008 APS Gold Medal Award; 2009 Award of Landscape Merit. Both seed and pollen fertile. Used extensively in breeding new cultivars. Makes large seeds.
